UI Design
Over the summer, Three is sponsoring a lineup of eight of the leading UK music festivals and is pushing the boundaries for festival activation, seeking innovative ways to engage with festival-goers.
Building upon their success in 2022, Three recognised the need for a dedicated website to provide a central hub for all their festival activity and further unite their customers and festival partners under the benefits of being part of the Three network.
Testimonial
“The site has heaps of delightful details, adding the NB® vibe to the user experience. Check out the weather widget feature that helps people pack right for festivals.”

The Three Music Hub serves as a comprehensive resource, offering visitors the latest information on essential festivals including Parklife, IOW, TRNSMT, Wireless, Latitude, Reading & Leeds, and Vital.
The site offers access to helpful tips and festival updates, exciting competitions, rewards, and details about Three's on-site activations. Additionally, a handy weather widget is featured on the site, ensuring attendees are well-prepared with weather-appropriate attire for an unforgettable festival experience.
Branding
Typography and image play a key part of the Three brand and we leaned heavily into these. We then layered on movement through three key motion principles - zoom, scroll, and layer.
Our design system focused on a brutalist typography treatment, carefully applied to a Swiss style grid layout system. Simple messaging was paired with brand photography, all set against the backdrop of iconic brand gradients.
The outcome is a site that champions the Three brand, while demonstrating new ways in which it can flex through motion, and that matches the energy and excitement of the UK music festival season.
