Making a difference has always been at the heart of why we do what we do at Neverbland, which is why we’re so committed to our B-Corp status.

For those of you who don’t know, B-Lab is a nonprofit network aiming to transform the global economy to benefit all people, communities and the planet. Companies that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance can become certified by B-Lab and can become part of B-Corp. The B-Corp community adheres to policies to shift the behaviour, culture and structural underpinnings of capitalism.

By becoming part of the B-Corp collective we have pledged to remain inclusive, transparent and accountable for our impact on our community and the wider world. B-Corp has provided a practical framework for achieving this across every aspect of our business enabling us to confidently claim to be a force for good.

As part of our certification we submit an annual impact report detailing our impact over the previous year. 2021 was a challenging year for us all, as we emerged into a post-covid landscape and grappled with the new dynamics at play.

This cultural shift prompted us to refocus our priorities. We enacted several new initiatives to benefit our team and undertook several larger projects in an effort to make lasting positive impacts on the wider community. From mental well-being initiatives to building our first eco-friendly website, we took our commitment to B-Corp seriously and our business is flourishing as a result.

Now more than ever, we’re conscious of our impact on the environment and our community.
