White Hat are creating opportunities for young people by matching school leaving talent with employers offering apprenticeships. Historically the word apprenticeships has come with baggage. Seen as pertaining only to blue collar professions and delivering qualifications of limited value with questionable post-completion employment opportunities, they were rarely the route of choice for the ambitious.
This is no longer the case. Modern White Hat apprenticeships now offer a fun, credible alternative to university, with the kind of skills training that means the sky’s the limit for future prospects.
Our job was to convey this proposition, make it believable, and most importantly, encourage young people and employers to submit their details for the White Hat team to get in touch.
We did this by creating clear user journeys for both Apprentices and Employers – clearly articulating the benefits White Hat bring to the process and directing them to the broader platform.
It’s worked, too! White Hat are now leading the way on employment based training for young people.
