From humble roots to new beginnings, Infarm was born out of the purest mission that fresh food should be available to everyone, everywhere. With a compelling story behind them, Infarm is galvanised for international growth, delighting the world’s urban dwellers with it’s freshly farmed greens.


Sowing the seeds for a better food future

Despite Infarm’s modest beginnings, the food start-up has grown beyond it’s own expectations to exist as one of the world’s leading agri-tech companies. This shift from a grassroots start-up to a company that operates globally in 50+ locations needs a platform fit for growth.

To actualise this new future, Neverbland collaborated closely with Infarm’s founders and global team to create a site that matches Infarm’s ambitions, growth attitude, and global mission.

UX Design

Creating a resilient and flexible design system

Rooting Infarm’s digital design in simplicity, nature and clarity, we created a foundation upon which we could then elevatate the site’s technological capabilties to showcase Infarm’s products, process and mission.

The design system’s library of components is characterised by resilience and flexibility, allowing for further content creation and growth, whilst maintaining each component’s distinct visual impact.

UI Design

Freshening up Infarm’s look and feel

We made it our mission to evolve a digital brand that highlighted Infarm’s scientific and technical capabilities. Using minimalist design, quirky interactions and a simple colour palette, we built a platform for a tech company, whilst creating the space and focus to shine light on the human story Infarm wanted to tell.

Creating this fresh and dynamic platform for storytelling and education, we helped problem-solve their previous site to encourage more growth, more content and encourage more interaction with the user.

Telling the brand’s story

We created a set of layout and animation principles that would guide the brand experience throughout the website, curating storytelling prompts that allows users to discover, uncover and explore more.

Championing clear communication throughout the site, we invite users to explore their own narrative journey with optional pathways to find out information that best resonates with their reasoning for being on the site.
